Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and experience working with teens. Must be available to work in the after-school and evening hours. Most staff work from 12 pm to 8 pm. Valid North Carolina driver's license, clean background check, and negative drug screen also required.

Responsibilities:

Teach culinary skills to youth and parents Lead psychoeducational groups Conduct intakes Support youth with current life problems Complete daily documentation on student progress Communicate with referral sources and court counselors as applicable Provide transportation for youth and families to and from the program as needed (via company vehicle or mileage reimbursement) Complete monthly reports for court Support the Interpersonal Coach during their portion of the class Attend staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions
