We're looking for a talented chef who loves teaching, entertaining, and creating great experiences for people . This is a guest-facing role where personality and hospitality are just as important as culinary skills. Responsibilities Lead hands-on cooking classes and private culinary events. Teach cooking techniques, knife skills, recipes, and kitchen fundamentals. Lead corporate team-building cooking experiences. Demonstrate recipes and engage guests throughout the experience. Create a fun, welcoming, and professional environment. Prepare ingredients and maintain an organized, clean, and safe kitchen. Follow Hone Sharpen recipes, menus, and quality standards. Assist with event setup and breakdown. Provide an exceptional guest experience that encourages repeat business. Qualifications Professional culinary experience or formal culinary training. Strong cooking and knife skills. Comfortable speaking and teaching in front of groups. Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality. Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable and professional. Food-safety knowledge/certification preferred. Availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
