Responsibilities The Sous Chef will play a key role in the kitchen, responsible for meal preparation and service, developing recipes, assisting with menu creation, and ensuring the kitchen remains clean and meets all sanitation standards. Additionally, this position involves overseeing dining services staff and managing the ordering of food and supplies necessary for efficient kitchen operations. Compensation and Benefits Employees can access their earned wages prior to the regular pay day through the Daily Pay App. Benefits are available beginning 30 days after the start of employment.
