Job Description

Executive Chef Location:

Lincoln, NE Salary:

$95,000 - $105,000 +

Bonus Benefits:

Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k),

Relocation Assistance Property Description:

Full-service hotel featuring multiple dining outlets, extensive banquet space, and high-volume culinary operations.

Qualifications:

5+ years of Executive Chef experience in high-volume hotel, resort, or upscale food & beverage operations. Proven leadership experience managing large culinary teams, banquet production, and multiple outlets. Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, labor management, food cost controls, and forecasting.

Requirements:

Valid U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship is not available. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain) and proficiency in culinary operations management systems.
