Exeter, NH Exeter Inn and Epoch Restaurant, now under new management by Greenwich Hospitality Group , is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team.
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of fine dining experience Strong knowledge of culinary techniques Experience across all kitchen stations, with an emphasis on à la minute cooking and expediting Understands and enforces sanitation and food safety standards Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead by example Culinary degree preferred.
