Campus Manager Responsibilities Prepare and serve fresh, appealing breakfast meals Follow menus, recipes, and portion guidelines Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs Follow all food-safety and sanitation requirements Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Interact professionally with students and campus staff Respond positively to feedback and changing service needs Qualifications At least two years of professional cooking experience Breakfast and high-volume cooking experience preferred ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain certification Strong organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and maintain a professional attitude Dependable transportation and the ability to commute reliably to
