The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the kitchen, assisting the daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and maintaining high standards of food safety. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong background in the food industry. Duties Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring that all dishes meet our high-quality standards. Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their activities to ensure efficient meal preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with Mangement to develop new menu items. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen protocols. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and functioning properly. Experience Proven experience as a Lead Line Cook/ Sous Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or catering industry. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards. Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure. a team in a fast-paced environment
