We are looking for a leader who takes on the role with responsibility , a willingness to do what it takes, teach your staff, be their support. This is a fine dining establishment that also has banquet space. Experience in both is needed. Creativity is a plus and being a team player is a must. The ideal candidates possess the following qualities: Professional demeanor Strong communication skills Have long term goals in the service industry Punctual Groomed neat appearance Work well as a member and leader of a team. (do both) Possess both personality and depth Minimum 8 years kitchen/Hospitality experience Be willing to work the standard: weekends, 8-10+ hour days and holidays
