In this pivotal role, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of exceptional dishes during in-flight service, ensuring that every passenger enjoys a memorable dining experience. Your leadership will drive the kitchen's operations, maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality, and inspire your team to deliver excellence at every turn. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment where teamwork and innovation are celebrated. Duties Lead and supervise the food preparation process during in-flight service, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality meals that meet company standards. Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences, incorporating fine dining techniques and catering standards. Ensure proper food production procedures are followed, including portion control, presentation standards, and accurate food service management. Uphold exceptional hospitality standards by ensuring all team members deliver outstanding service aligned with brand expectations. Experience Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within airline catering or fine dining settings. Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food production, food safety, and kitchen management. Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, menu planning, and shift management effectively. Familiarity with dietary department procedures and accommodating special dietary requirements. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work atmosphere. Comprehensive knowledge of food handling regulations, hospitality standards, and restaurant management practices.
Pay:
