We are in search of a chef with the ability to adapt to a gluten free, peanut free, all-natural space. We're seeking an entrepreneurial spirit in someone who can adapt to a changing environment and bring forward creativity as we expand our menu. The ideal candidate will have kitchen experience and ability to meet the requirements of operating a spotless kitchen, adapting to varying volumes while also having experience in the regular preparation of items during the shift. Inventory control preferred. A customer centric as well as quality enthusiast. In a dietary restricted environment, our candidate should have the ability and willingness to learn new skills, maintain expectations, control inventory and work as a team player.
