Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare delicious, high-quality meals for residents, families, and guests Assist the Executive Chef in all phases of meal preparation and menu execution Study recipes, set up menus, and ensure consistent food quality Prepare salad bar items, baked goods, breads, and desserts Maintain a strong working knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredient preparation Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and food handling regulations Properly label, store, and rotate food items according to safety standards Assist with receiving deliveries, inventory management, and product procurement Maintain accurate records and support regulatory compliance Operate and maintain kitchen equipment (e.g., food processors, dishwashers, convection ovens) Keep kitchen, equipment, and floors clean and sanitary at all times Perform scheduled cleaning duties as directed by theExecutive Chef What We're Looking For:
Experience in a professional kitchen preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Passion for creating enjoyable dining experiencesBenefits Offered :
