A first-of-its-kind French Mediterranean dining and nightlife concept is opening Summer 2026 on the waterfront at Harborside. 5,495 square feet. 140 seats. A room built to be experienced, not just visited. This is a role for a chef with real creative vision who thrives within a defined concept direction. You'll have the freedom to build and evolve the menu but ownership maintains the creative vision for what Opulent is and who it's for. If you want to collaborate, execute at a high level, and grow within a hospitality group that's just getting started

What you'll own: Menu development and culinary vision for a French Mediterranean concept Leading, training, and developing your culinary team Food cost management and kitchen operations within CVHG systems Maintaining consistency and quality standards across service Collaboration with ownership on concept evolution and programming What we're looking for: 5+ years in an upscale, high volume kitchen environment Strong French Mediterranean background
