> Chef will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and service excellence. Responsibilities Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service Oversee menu development, planning, and execution to align with restaurant standards and guest preferences Supervise food production, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Maintain excellent customer service standards Skills Extensive culinary experience with a focus on fine dining or restaurant environments Strong background in food safety protocols and sanitation practices Experience in menu planning and food preparation Knowledge of inventory management, control procedures, and food handling techniques Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently under pressure during shift hours Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and management effectively
