Among the key duties of this position are the following: Oversees food production, ensuring that all food is produced in a timely manner to meet needs, and is presented in an attractive and appealing style. Oversees kitchen personnel in the production of hot and cold food, in the cleaning of food preparation areas, and in the control of food costs. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Good communication skills and computer literacy in industry standard software. Ability to read and follow standardized recipes and production worksheets. Preferred Qualifications A degree in culinary arts. Equipment Utilized Industrial kitchen equipment. FoodPro proprietary food production, planning and control system.
