The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of our food service operation at Eastern New Mexico University, which consist of resident dining, retail, catering and concessions. Eastern New Mexico University is a public university with a main campus in Portales, New Mexico. • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience
• 2 years Minimum Functional Experience
• 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
