We are a boutique Las Vegas catering company specializing in elevated cuisine, beautiful presentation, and exceptional culinary experiences for private events, corporate clients, and luxury celebrations. We are hiring experienced Chefs at multiple skill levels who are dependable, creative, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced culinary environment. There is significant opportunity for growth within our company, including advancement into Lead Chef and Executive Chef roles for the right candidate. Responsibilities Prepare and execute menu items according to Finesse recipes, portions, and presentation standards Assist with prep and production for passed appetizers, buffets, plated dinners, chef stations, and specialty events Participate in both kitchen production and onsite event execution Follow prep lists, recipes, production schedules, and event timelines Maintain exceptional standards for flavor, consistency, and presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Properly handle, label, store, and transport food Work efficiently and collaboratively with the culinary and event teams Assist with inventory, organization, and minimizing food waste Experience & Qualifications Professional culinary experience required Catering, banquet, hotel, fine dining, or event experience preferred Strong culinary fundamentals, knife skills, and cooking techniques Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards consistently Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability based on our event schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays Leadership & Growth We are especially interested in chefs who have leadership experience or the desire and ability to grow into leadership. Future Lead Chef and Executive Chef candidates should demonstrate strong organization, communication, delegation, team leadership, inventory and food-cost awareness, and the ability to oversee culinary production and event execution.
