Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef / Crew Member to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences through high-quality food preparation and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, showcasing leadership and management skills while fostering a collaborative kitchen environment. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and food safety compliance. Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations. Manage food production processes to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle catering orders and special events, ensuring all client specifications are met. Skills Proven experience in culinary roles, including fine dining, catering, or restaurant management. Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and shift supervision. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling. Proficiency in menu planning, inventory control, and kitchen management. Excellent cooking skills with a focus on food preparation techniques. Experience in banquet services or dietary department operations is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and guests.
