Livingston Manor, NY Seasonal Summer Position Gill Grilling Company is hiring a Camp Chef for a summer camp in Livingston Manor, NY. We are looking for a dependable, experienced chef who can lead a camp kitchen, prepare quality meals, and help create a positive dining experience for campers and staff.

Position Available Camp Chef Responsibilities Preparing meals for campers and staff Cooking camp-style meals such as pasta, grilled chicken, mac and cheese, chicken nuggets, and other kid-friendly foods Managing daily kitchen operations Ordering and maintaining inventory Following menus, recipes, and food safety procedures Managing dietary needs and food allergies Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen Leading and supporting kitchen team members Communicating professionally with camp and Gill Grilling management What We're Looking For Prior chef, lead cook, or high-volume kitchen experience Experience cooking for groups, camps, schools, catering, or family-style service preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Dependable, organized, and professional Comfortable cooking for younger palates Strong communication and leadership skills Weekend availability may be required Why Join Us?
