Job Description

Marsanne Restaurant is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team. We are looking for a strong leader with creativity, professionalism, and fine dining experience who thrives in a fast-paced New York restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily kitchen operations Supervise and train kitchen staff Maintain food quality and consistency Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost control Collaborate on menu development and seasonal specials Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health standards Work closely with ownership and front-of-house management
Requirements:
