Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and service delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Your expertise will inspire creativity in menu planning, maintain exceptional food safety practices, and foster a collaborative team environment. Duties Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service excellence Develop innovative menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and elevate fine dining experiences Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met at all times Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to cleanup Supervise shift management, including scheduling staff, monitoring performance, and providing training as needed Requirements Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food production and service management Demonstrated supervisory and team management skills with the ability to lead a diverse culinary team Extensive banquet experience and familiarity with catering operations Knowledge of dietary restrictions and experience in the dietary department is highly desirable Strong understanding of inventory management, food safety protocols, and kitchen operations Excellent cooking skills with a passion for culinary innovation and presentation Previous restaurant management experience with proficiency in menu planning and shift coordination Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Hospitality industry experience with a focus on customer service excellence Join us as a Chef where your leadership will inspire culinary excellence!
