WE'RE HIRING A FULL TIME PASTRY LINE COOK
The primary role of the Pastry Line Cook is to plate dessert and snack items for dinner service and events. The Pastry Line Cook will work closely with both the savory and pastry kitchen teams to ensure seamless service. We're looking for a team player who leads by example and takes initiative. Responsibilities- Plate various dessert and snack items for The Tavern menu and Feasts according to department standards in a time efficient manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of station and storage facilities.
- Correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment and tools only as intended, properly and safely.
- Set up workstation with tools, equipment, and supplies, restocking items as needed.
- Communicate clearly and effectively during set up and service.
