This role requires more than cooking ability. We are looking for a true kitchen leader capable of building systems, leading staff, maintaining consistency, and creating refined, memorable dishes with unique flavor profiles and elevated presentation. The Executive Chef will be the primary culinary leader and sole head decision-maker for all kitchen operations. What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 6 years of culinary experience required
  • Leadership experience in upscale dining, cocktail bars, or high-volume hospitality environments
  • Strong creativity and flavor development skills
  • Ability to create signature dishes and refined guest experiences
  • Experience building kitchen systems, structure, and team culture
  • Strong understanding of food cost, inventory, and kitchen efficiency
  • Calm leadership under pressure in a nightlife-focused atmosphere
  • Passion for presentation, detail, and consistency Responsibilities
  • Full leadership of kitchen operations
  • Build and manage kitchen staff
  • Design and execute food menus
  • Maintain food quality and consistency
  • Oversee prep systems, cleanliness, and workflow
  • Control inventory, ordering, and food costs
  • Collaborate with ownership on concept development
