  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong culinary background, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Chef, you will oversee food preparation, menu planning, kitchen operations, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, manage diverse culinary responsibilities, and inspire a team dedicated to excellence in hospitality and fine dining. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service delivery Develop innovative menus aligned with current culinary trends and guest preferences Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality standards are met Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, minimizing waste, and maintaining proper stock levels Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to deliver exceptional event experiences Train and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing kitchen environment Oversee shift management, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance evaluations Requirements Proven experience in fine dining establishments with banquet and catering experience preferred Demonstrated supervisory and team management skills within a fast-paced kitchen setting Extensive culinary experience with expertise in food production, menu planning, and food handling Strong knowledge of food safety standards, inventory management, and kitchen operations Ability to lead by example with excellent leadership qualities and communication skills Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with dietary department protocols, food service management, and catering logistics Proficiency in cooking techniques across various cuisines along with bartending skills are a plus Join us if you're ready to bring your culinary talents to a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
