Job Overview Lead the Kitchen at One of the Finger Lakes' Premier Independent Restaurants Parker's on Fall is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader who thrives in a high-volume, scratch kitchen and is looking to make a lasting impact. We're looking for someone who takes pride in developing people, maintaining exceptional food quality, controlling costs, and creating an outstanding dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities Lead and manage all kitchen operations Recruit, train, coach, and develop kitchen staff Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency Manage food cost, labor cost, and inventory Create seasonal specials and assist with menu development Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance Foster a positive, professional kitchen culture Work closely with ownership and management to achieve operational goals Skills 5 + years of extensive culinary experience with a strong background in dining, catering, banquet service, and restaurant management. Ability to lead a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Proven supervising experience with excellent team management and leadership skills. In-depth knowledge of food production processes, kitchen management, and food safety regulations. Strong expertise in menu planning, food presentation, and culinary innovation. Experience managing inventory control systems and controlling food costs effectively. Skilled in coordinating large-scale events such as banquets or catering functions with attention to detail. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
