In this role, you will be a key player in delivering top-notch food experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen operations, and supporting the overall management of food service. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about culinary arts, experienced in a fun fast paced restaurant, and eager to lead by example while working collaboratively with the team. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with precision, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth shift management and efficient food production. Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Assist in menu planning, inventory control, and food management to optimize kitchen efficiency and minimize waste. Support catering events and banquet services by coordinating food preparation and ensuring timely delivery. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times. Collaborate with restaurant management on staffing needs, shift scheduling, and operational improvements. Skills culinary experience with a background in high volume service , catering, or restaurant settings. Proven supervising or team management experience within a kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food production, preparation techniques, and kitchen management practices. Familiarity with inventory management, inventory control, and food safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Experience in banquet service, dietary department operations, or hospitality is a plus. Competence in food service management, menu planning, and catering logistics.
