We are seeking skilled, dependable Line Cooks to join our high-volume, upscale-casual kitchen team. We have openings across multiple stations—including Grill, Sauté, and Pantry/Garde Manger—and offer flexible scheduling across both lunch and dinner services. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in precision, speed, and consistency, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, stock, and maintain your station with complete mise en place before each service rush.
- Execute menu items to exact recipe, temperature, and presentation specifications under high-volume conditions.
- Work seamlessly across assigned stations: o
Grill:
Precise protein temp execution and timing. o Sauté: Pan sauces, rapid fire pickups, and multi-pan management. oPantry:
Cold prep, precise plating, salads, and appetizer consistency.- Communicate clearly on ticket times, call-outs, and order modifications.
- Maintain strict sanitation, food safety (ServSafe/DOH), and FIFO rotation standards.
- Complete station breakdown, line restock, and cleaning protocols at the end of each shift.
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced, upscale-casual or full-service kitchen.
- Solid foundational knife skills, heat control, and station timing.
- Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and calmly under rush pressure.
- Strong reliability and punctual attendance.
Availability:
Must be available to work weekends and flexible weekday lunch/dinner shifts.What We Offer:
