Grill Master

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Grill Master to lead our cooking team. As a key player in our culinary team, must have transportation, clean work habits and able to stay focussed during Dinner service. Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within restaurant or food service settings Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, knife skills, and food handling safety practices Background in dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and fine dining standards preferred Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Passion for culinary arts, especially grilling, with a desire to learn new skills and techniques

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
