Sous Chef Responsibilities:
Work as a team with the entire restaurant staff Always create a great guest experience Assist in the development of new menu items Help manage kitchen daily operations ordering recipe adherence labor Help monitor food freshness and quality
Sous Chef Qualifications:
2-4 years experience Passion for food and cooking Ability and passion for leading a team Knowledge of labor and food cost principles
