Responsibilities include:
Organizing, prepping, cooking, and serving meals for large events Accurately portioning food based on guest counts Preparing and packing all food, equipment, and supplies required for each event Coordinating both on-site and off-site catering operations Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen Ensuring food is handled safely and maintained at the proper temperatures Assisting with event setup, food service, and breakdown as needed Working closely with catering staff to ensure meals are prepared correctly and served on time
Requirements:
Previous fine-dining catering experience Experience preparing and serving food for large groups Strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of food portions, catering quantities, and required event supplies Proficiency in both on-site and off-site catering Current ServSafe certification is required Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift and transport catering equipment and supplies Professional appearance and attitude Weekend availability is mandatory We are looking for someone who can remain organized in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and consistently provide high-quality food and professional service.
Pay:
$24.66 - $29.70 per hour
