Duties Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods following established recipes and standards. Decorate cakes and desserts with precision using various cake decorating techniques to enhance visual appeal. Assist in food production processes, including dough preparation, food handling, and portioning to meet high-volume demands. Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, pastry bags, and other tools safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to food safety regulations and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed at all times. Package baked goods for retail or catering purposes while ensuring quality control during the process. Support the team with food preparation tasks related to catering events or special orders as needed. Experience Previous experience working as a Pastry Cook or in a bakery or food production environment is
