Responsibilities Mix and knead pizza dough using precise measurements and techniques to achieve optimal texture and flavor Monitor dough fermentation processes, ensuring proper rising times and conditions for perfect results Shape and portion dough for various pizza sizes, maintaining consistency across all orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dough preparation area in compliance with food safety standards Assist with other food production tasks such as ingredient packaging, pastry preparation, or basic cooking as needed Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene throughout the process Support the team during busy hours by preparing dough efficiently to meet customer demand Requirements Proven experience in food industry roles involving food preparation, baking, or pastry work, preferably with pizza or bread dough Strong knife skills and familiarity with baking techniques essential for dough handling and shaping Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Excellent attention to detail to ensure consistent quality of dough products Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Customer service mindset with a positive attitude toward teamwork and collaboration Previous experience in catering or restaurant settings is highly desirable Culinary experience including cake decorating, food production, or pastry experience is a plus Join us to craft mouthwatering pizzas that delight our customers!
