Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate Assist in menu planning by contributing innovative ideas and seasonal specials that excite diners Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating with attention to detail Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring timely service Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences in both restaurant and banquet settings Manage kitchen inventory, monitor ingredient freshness, and assist with ordering supplies as needed Qualifications Proven experience in dietary department settings or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the food industry or restaurant environment Demonstrated skills in menu planning, meal preparation, and culinary techniques including knife skills Experience working in fine dining establishments or catering environments is a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards is essential Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to serve efficiently under pressure Prior kitchen experience involving food service, restaurant operations, or culinary roles Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
