In this role, you will be the star of the show, delivering exceptional hibachi-style cuisine with flair, precision, and passion. Duties Prepare and cook hibachi-style dishes with skill, speed, and flair, ensuring each plate meets high standards of presentation and taste Lead food preparation activities, including ingredient selection, portioning, and cooking techniques aligned with menu specifications Manage kitchen operations during shifts, including supervising team members, coordinating tasks, and maintaining a lively, efficient workspace Uphold strict food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests Oversee inventory control and food management to minimize waste, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment of ingredients Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and daily specials to keep offerings fresh and exciting Maintain excellent food handling practices while adhering to all health regulations and safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining or hibachi-style cooking with a strong background in food production and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory or team management skills within a restaurant or hospitality setting Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience in banquet service, catering, or large-scale food production is highly desirable Strong leadership abilities with a focus on supervising staff during shift management while fostering a positive team environment Familiarity with inventory management, cost control measures, and food service operations Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences Culinary experience in the food industry that includes menu planning, food preparation, and serving in fast-paced environments Join us as a Hibachi Chef where your culinary talents will shine!
