  • Job Overview:
  • We are seeking skilled Sushi Chef/Line Cook to join our team and prepare delicious dishes in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and learning about different styles of cooking. Sushi Chefs are expected to be able to prepare various types of sushi dishes including maki, nigiri, and sashimi
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi kitchen
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Assist in developing new sushi recipes and menu items. Be at the Front of the House talking to guests and providing experience that will bring them back. Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role
  • Knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques and traditions
  • Proficient in food safety and sanitation practices
  • Strong knife skills for precise food preparation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Line Cooks are expected to be able to have basic kitchen skills. Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients. Have a knowledge in Asian cuisine, and want to learn sushi. We would like all of our chefs to be proficient in both sushi and kitchen knowledge. Help in creating new dishes for our menu as well.
