This role requires strong kitchen fundamentals solid knife skills, familiarity with best practices in a commercial kitchen, and the ability to juggle complex prep tasks with tight daily deadlines. During service, we re a very small, fast-moving team responsible for up to 10 tickets at once, with as many as 25 composed items per hour, each taking 2 6 minutes and requiring precise coordination and attention to detail. Additionally, our closing shifts can take place on nights and weekends with at a willingness to work at least one regular Friday or Saturday late-night closing shift that would have you out the door by as late as 2:30 AM. We keep generally consistent scheduled hours for all our team and announce schedules at least two weeks in advance. We are reasonable when it comes to time-off requests and are able to work with you to ensure both our and your needs are met.

RESPONSIBILITIESThis position will require the applicant to prepare and cook food, wash dishes, and help bus tables and deliver food to tables during busier hours as needed.
