Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. In this vital leadership role, you will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, and maintaining a vibrant, efficient work environment. Responsibilities Assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service standards. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols. Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery of dishes across all service areas. Manage inventory control and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste. Enforce food safety standards and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations. Skills Proven experience in fine dining, and restaurant management environments. Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated success in team management and leadership roles. Culinary experience with expertise in food production, food handling, and food safety practices. Knowledge of inventory management, control procedures, and cost-effective food service operations. Excellent cooking skills with a focus on presentation and quality.
