Job Description

Overview The Regions Best Gastropub is Searching for a talented Chef to join our team.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Oversight of all kitchen functions. Ensure all staff members adhere to culinary standards, regulations, and Brick & Brew policies and procedures. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns personally. Design new & original menu choices based on seasonal ingredients collaborate with the team on standard and specials menus. Day to day staffing & scheduling. Daily vendor management. Daily inventory management. Quarterly budgeting in conjunction with GM Collaborate with home office/analytics team Work with FOH to ensure successful day-to-day operations; Including daily management meetings.
Skills & Preferred Requirements:
5+ years' culinary experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Strong leadership skills/ability to work in a group environment and independently Experience preparing gastropub / global cuisine Knowledge of best practices for training kitchen staff and implementing kitchen procedures High level of creativity and reliability. Flexible schedule required Familiarity with menu costing procedures Serve Safe certified Compensation is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
