A kitchen-based management position in a single location, small business bakery that caters to both daily walk-in customers and custom orders. Requirements Hold a pastry or baking degree or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years of Professional Baking and Pastry hands on kitchen experience required. Experience in a bakery or commercial kitchen leadership role preferred. Able to work in quick tempo environment and be able lift 50lbs. Should have the ability to stand for long periods of time. Rotating schedule includes weekends and holidays. This is a full-time position, pay rate based on experience. Responsibilities Oversite of all kitchen tasks This is a management position but will also require hands on baking, decorating, and kitchen production while overseeing other staff Oversite of all kitchen, dishwashing, & cleanup staff (10+ people at any given time) Reports to General Manager & Owner Works with Front of House Manager & Office Staff About theCompany:

We plan, bake and decorate all our desserts, pastries, and custom orders from scratch. Our doors are open seven days a week to serve our walk-in customers and fulfill custom orders for birthdays, weddings, and all special occasions.Job Type:
