The ideal candidate will possess a strong culinary background, with extensive experience in full service dining, catering, and food service management. As a Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Duties Lead and supervise kitchen staff, managing shifts and ensuring smooth daily operations Plan and develop innovative menus that meet dietary requirements and customer preferences Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards are met Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Enforce food safety sanitizing procedures and uphold strict hygiene standards across all kitchen areas Coordinate catering events, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes Monitor food costs and implement cost control measures to optimize profitability while maintaining quality Train team members on food handling, safety protocols, and culinary techniques to foster professional growth Qualifications Proven experience in full service dining, catering, or restaurant management with a strong culinary background Supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment with team management responsibilities Extensive knowledge of food production, menu planning, and food service operations Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control strategies Strong understanding of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team Previous breakfast or brunch experience or working within the hospitality industry is highly desirable Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and high standards Join us as a Chef where your culinary expertise will elevate our offerings and create memorable experiences for every guest.
