We're building a high-energy, high-quality kitchen with a wood-fired grill. You have the opportunity to re-define and deliver classic sports bar fare at the next level. We're looking for a chef who cares about quality ingredients, efficient execution and is as consistent as they are creative. The Role We want a Chef who can balance creativity with strong systems . You'll be a key leader in launching and shaping the kitchen, working alongside an experienced GM. She is an industry veteran and wants to build a culture of authentic hospitality and high fives. What You'll Do Lead, hire, train, and develop a strong, motivated kitchen team Execute a focused, quality menu with consistency and speed Build and maintain systems for prep, inventory, and organization Manage food cost, labor, and inventory with accountability Uphold high standards for cleanliness, safety, and execution Collaborate with leadership on menu evolution and operations What We're Looking For 5+ years in a leadership role (Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager) Strong operational skills: cost control, systems, and organization Experience in high-volume, quality-driven environments A calm, solutions-oriented leader who develops their team A chef who values consistency as much as creativity Someone who moves with a sense of urgency & head on a swivel.
