TMR Management LLC seeks an Executive Chef/Food Service Manager to design and lead culinary operations across its multifamily and commercial properties. This role oversees menu development, kitchen staff, procurement, and food safety to deliver consistent, high-quality dining experiences for residents, tenants, and guests. The Executive Chef/Food Service Manager manages budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships while ensuring health code compliance. Collaborating with property and asset management teams, this leader tailors food programs to each asset, supports events, and drives service excellence in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities Lead culinary and food service operations across assigned properties Develop, test, and standardize menus aligned with resident and tenant preferences Hire, train, and schedule kitchen and food service staff Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations Manage food and labor budgets, cost control, and margin targets Oversee purchasing, vendor relationships, and inventory management Coordinate catering and special event food service for properties Implement and monitor quality standards for food preparation and presentation Collaborate with property and asset management to align food programs with asset strategy Continuously improve processes, menus, and service based on feedback and performance data Required Skills Menu planning and recipe development Food safety and sanitation compliance Kitchen and food service operations management Budgeting and cost control Vendor and inventory management Staff hiring, training, and scheduling Catering and event food service coordination Quality control and presentation standards Health code and regulatory compliance Cross-functional collaboration with property management
