Overview We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will support the head chef in managing kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and ready to lead by example in a fast-paced fine dining environment. Responsibilities Assist in supervising daily kitchen activities, including food production and service. Lead food preparation efforts, ensuring dishes meet presentation and quality standards. Manage inventory control and food safety procedures to minimize waste and ensure compliance. Support menu planning and development, incorporating diverse culinary techniques. Oversee shift management, including supervising staff and coordinating kitchen workflows. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment aligned with health regulations. Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding food service during regular hours and special catering events. Experience Proven experience in fine dining restaurants or similar high-end food establishments. Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience within a kitchen setting. Strong background in banquet service, catering, and food production management. Familiarity with dietary restrictions and food safety standards across various cuisines. Hands-on experience with inventory management, menu planning, and kitchen operations. Excellent skills in food handling, cooking techniques, and team management within the hospitality industry.
