From 4pm-9:30pm Thursdays- Saturdays. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, hospitality environments and are eager to develop their culinary skills while contributing to exceptional food experiences. As a Part Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Your enthusiasm and teamwork will help create memorable dining moments for our guests and elevate our culinary offerings. Duties Assist in food preparation and cooking to meet quality standards and presentation expectations Support the kitchen team in managing daily food production, including banquet and catering services Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and hygiene protocols Help oversee inventory control and ensure proper food handling and storage practices Collaborate with senior chefs on menu planning, portion control, and cost management strategies Contribute to supervising team members during shifts, fostering a positive work environment Ensure all kitchen operations comply with health regulations, safety standards, and sanitation policies Qualifications Must have an up-to-date Food Handlers certificate Prior experience in banquet service or restaurant kitchens is highly desirable Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within a culinary setting Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, sanitizing procedures, and handling techniques Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management Experience with inventory management, cost control, and menu planning is advantageous Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills with a passion for hospitality and customer service Join us as a Part Chef and be part of a vibrant team committed to culinary excellence!
