We specialize in Thai cuisine, sushi, and boba tea in a modern casual dining environment. This role requires prior experience cooking Thai food and is ideal for someone interested in expanding their skills by learning sushi roll preparation and sushi kitchen operations. Responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards Operate wok station and manage Thai kitchen production during service Prepare sauces, curries, noodles, fried rice, stir-fry dishes, and appetizers Maintain consistency, quality, speed, and presentation of all menu items Assist with kitchen prep, inventory, and station organization Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Learn sushi roll preparation and assist with sushi operations as needed Work closely with management and kitchen staff to improve operations and customer experience Qualifications Thai cooking experience is required Experience with wok cooking and high-volume kitchen environments preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to learn sushi roll preparation and sushi kitchen operations Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented Food Handler Certification preferred (or ability to obtain) What We Offer Opportunity to grow with an expanding restaurant concept Hands-on training in sushi operations Supportive team environment Potential advancement opportunities as the business grows Thai Sushi Crush is looking for motivated kitchen professionals who take pride in food quality, consistency, and teamwork and want to grow with the restaurant long term.
