As the creative force behind our kitchen operations, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, menu development, and kitchen management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a vibrant, fast-paced environment dedicated to fine dining and exceptional hospitality. Duties Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment Develop innovative menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and meet diverse dietary needs Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met or exceeded Hands-On Support throughout the day while offering support to cover shifts during staff days off and absences to maintain a seamless service for our residents. Manage inventory control, procurement, and food cost management to optimize resources and minimize waste Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and creativity Supervise shift management, including scheduling staff, overseeing food handling procedures, and maintaining smooth kitchen flow Requirements Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management Extensive banquet experience coupled with supervisory roles demonstrating leadership capabilities Knowledge of dietary restrictions and experience managing dietary departments is highly desirable Skilled in menu planning, food service management, and catering operations Strong understanding of inventory management, food safety protocols, and kitchen equipment maintenance Exceptional team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster professional growth Culinary certification or relevant hospitality qualifications preferred; hands-on cooking skills essential Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving within fast-paced environments Join us as our Head Chef and lead the culinary team to deliver extraordinary dining experiences that delight every guest.
