This energetic leader will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and team supervision to ensure exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing diverse food service environments. Responsibilities Travel Required and must be based in Dallas/Ft Worth Area Oversee daily kitchen operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation. Lead, mentor, and supervise culinary teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Develop and implement menu planning strategies that align with brand standards and customer preferences. Manage inventory control, food production, and food handling processes to minimize waste and optimize costs. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations related to food safety and kitchen operations. Coordinate catering, banquet events, and special functions with attention to detail and exceptional service delivery. Monitor shift management, staffing schedules, and training programs to maintain efficient restaurant operations. Skills Extensive experience in food service management within restaurant or hospitality settings. Proven supervising experience with strong leadership capabilities. Knowledge of banquet operations, catering, and fine dining standards. Expertise in inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen management techniques. Strong understanding of dietary requirements, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards. Excellent menu planning skills combined with culinary creativity and innovation. Ability to manage multiple units effectively while maintaining high-quality service standards.
