Duties Prepare and cook various types of fresh Pasta and Sandwiches according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the Pasta and Sandwiches station, adhering to food safety regulations Measure ingredients accurately using basic math skills to ensure consistent quality Operate kitchen equipment such as pasta machines, ovens, and utensils safely and efficiently Assist with food handling, packaging, and presentation to ensure appealing dishes Support the team in food prep tasks like portioning, garnishing, and plating dishes Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service
