Upscale High-End Japanese Restaurant is Hiring BOH Staff!

Sushi Fever is seeking passionate, driven culinary professionals to join our team in Cedar Park, TX. We are looking for individuals who bring high energy, strong multitasking abilities, and a genuine commitment to excellence in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
Position:
Sushi ChefRequirementsMinimum 3+ years of sushi chef experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environmentProven ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistency and qualityExceptional knife skills with strong attention to detail and presentationSolid understanding of sushi rice preparation, fish handling, and ingredient quality standardsProfessional attitude with strong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to engage with guests at the sushi bar in a professional, welcoming mannerResponsibilitiesExecute traditional sushi and specialty rolls with precision and high presentation standardsPerform fish breakdown, slicing, and portioning with proper quality controlMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sushi station at all timesFollow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulationsCollaborate with BOH team for smooth and efficient kitchen operations
CompensationSalary:
$60,000 - $70,000/yr (base pay + tips)Paid holidays | Employee discount | Growth opportunities
