Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and rotated according to safety guidelines. Support kitchen operations by managing ingredient inventory, restocking supplies, and cleaning workstations regularly. Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding food service in a fast-paced environment. Experience Previous experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting, preferably with fine dining or Japanese cuisine. Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols. Knowledge of dietary department standards and dietary aide experience is a plus. Strong knife skills and experience with meal preparation are essential for efficiency and precision.
