Job Description

Marais is sourcing a dynamic, driven, creative, fun and hard working Culinary Leader as Executive Chef. Marais an exciting multi-venue restaurant with 3 bars, and multiple outdoor spaces, elevated on the Bayou center of Dickinson near the booming I45 corridor between Galveston and Houston. Lucky Candidate will have HUGE visibility in the restaurant scene in Galveston County and surrounding areas of Galveston, Friendswood and Pearland!

At least 5 years of Executive Chef level experience and Culinary Arts Certificate required. In addition to Culinary Operations, knowledge and experience managing P&L, Food Cost, Labor Cost Management, QuickBooks, Hotschedules, POS order entry processes and various reporting are required. 5 Day work week, we value quality of life as much as hard work, Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, closed early Christmas Eve, Super bowl! Must be able to pass a criminal background check, have a current Manager of Food Safety Certificate. Huge Opportunity for the right Candidate!
